The Xbox Series X is still discounted on Best Buy post-Cyber Monday – here's what in stock
Cyber Monday may be over, but the deals aren’t. Some discounts have persisted past the end of Cyber Week, including this Xbox Series X deal that we found over at Best Buy. The retailer has discounted the digital console by $50, making its current price a cool $400 and it’s available in Robot White.

As you can probably guess from the brief description, this particular version lacks a disk drive. Every game you plan on playing must be purchased through the console’s digital marketplace. It doesn’t have a way to run physical disks. Modern games are sometimes unoptimized, resulting in massive file sizes. To house these titles, the Xbox Series X has a sizable 1TB SSD.
Microsoft also gave its device some of the necessary features to enable immersive gaming. It can run games up to 4K resolution and support surround sound formats, including Dolby Digital, Dolby TrueHD, and DTS. The Xbox Series X measures 10.2 x 8.46 x 14.59 inches and weighs about 14 pounds. Unlike the PlayStation 5’s obtuse form factor, finding a good space for the console won’t be difficult thanks to its compact, rectangular design.
Additionally, the console works with voice assistants like Alexa and comes with a free controller.

With the $50 saved through this deal, you may wonder what to do with the extra cash. I recommend hopping over to Amazon for further savings. The retailer is selling Xbox Series X controllers in different colorways for less than $50. The white option is unfortunately sold out, but you can buy the Carbon Black controller for $40. You can also find cheap digital games on Amazon too. The Resident Evil 4 remake has seen a nearly 70% discount, now costing just $20.
It’s unknown exactly when this deal expires. Best Buy’s product page doesn’t mention an expiration date. Seeing how it’s past Cyber Monday, the discount on the console could continue for a while.
