International SOS released its 2025 Risk Outlook Report, highlighting the growing challenges organizations face in terms of workforce risk and resilience. The report also offers insights and predictions for prominent risks in 2025.
According to the report, 65% of senior risk professionals believe risks have increased over the past year. Furthermore, 69% believe rising geopolitical tensions will exert significant influence over their business operations or workforce in 2025. 75% of respondents view social and political unrest as the greatest risk, and 78% believe burnout and stress will impact their business operations or workforce in the coming year.
With geopolitical tensions cited as the top concern, the report dives into key findings on the topic:
