Counting Down to Cisco Live Amsterdam
Are you ready to Go Beyond with Cisco Customer Experience (CX) at this year’s Cisco Live? More than 18,000 of our customers and partners will come together in Amsterdam next week for this, our flagship regional event, and I am so looking forward to seeing many of you there.
Cisco CX has a great lineup planned this year for Cisco Live and we’ve fully embraced the theme of Go Beyond. With presentations, demos, lightning talks, interactive sessions and more on the agenda for next week, you can get completely up-to-speed by reading James Turrell’s blog “Customer Experience is set to Go Beyond at Cisco Live Amsterdam.”
Now why am I so excited about attending Cisco Live Amsterdam 2025? As always, there are many reasons, but here are a few specific things I love.
First, Cisco Live is great fun, but it is so much more than that. Cisco Live brings together some of the best and brightest minds from around the world and I love being in the middle of it. Having the opportunity to meet and work with many of you that are actively shaping the future is humbling, and exciting.
Next up, I get to participate! As you saw in James’ blog, we have our own Center Stage session this year, Accelerating Infrastructure Modernisation and Execution Strategies for AI. I will be on stage with our very own Carlos Pereira, Cisco Fellow, and Chief Architect, to explore how customers can be best prepared for the AI era. As enterprises transition to co-piloting with AI, and the push to modernize IT infrastructure is greatly accelerated. Carlos and I are ready and waiting to dive into the topic and show you how our data-driven insights and expertise can help transform your journey for AI.
In addition to the Center Stage session, Cisco Customer Experience has four product and strategy overview sessions planned, plus lightning talks, demos, trivia, a sweepstakes and more in the Cisco Customer Experience booth. Review all our available CX interactions in the Cisco Live Session Catalog or hit the highlights in James’ blog from last week. Don’t forget to stop by the booth during the week and try out our AI-powered photo kiosk as well.
Also, I am excited to speak as part of Partner Day on 10 February, along with Sandeep Milar and Anna Barker. In our session “Leveraging Data, Automation & AI to Drive Adoption, Renewals & Faster Resolution, we will be sharing details of our planned innovations and some of those already in use today in TAC.
And there is no greater privilege than helping our customers share their successes, and I am delighted to do that in the 11 February session “Customer Success Story: Building the Network to Support Sustainability – Cisco and the UN at COP29”. Hosted by Mary de Wysocki, Elnar Asadov and I will share insights on how COP29, supported by Cisco CX, delivered a major event on the global political stage in only 6 months.
On Tuesday, February 11 I am honored to present our Customer Hero awards in the Cisco CX booth. Join us at 3 p.m. to celebrate the innovators and trailblazers who partnered with our teams to achieve industry-leading outcomes for their businesses!
Finally, I am thrilled to join Kim Pasche, Britney Bartlet, and Jose van Dijk in a panel discussion as part of the Cisco Live Inclusive Community, exploring the multifaceted relationship between artificial intelligence (AI) and inclusivity.
As you can see, it’s a jam-packed week at Cisco Live coming up. I hope to see you there. Let’s converge in Amsterdam and Go Beyond together! Leave a comment below and let’s get the conversation started.
