Cisco and Enterprise Management Associates Present: Transforming your network for hybrid work.
Hybrid work is here to stay. Research from Enterprise Management Associates (EMA) states that 85% of organizations have experienced a permanent increase in the number of employees working from home at least part-time.
Organizations see the positive impacts this added flexibility has on productivity, wellbeing, and retention. What may not be as clear is how to manage the different demands placed on the network as more organizations shift from exclusive office or home-based settings to a hybrid model.
The race is on to adapt existing networks to support this transition because an intelligent, resilient network is no longer a nice to have, but a must-have. They’re realizing the importance of enabling a network environment that seamlessly connects people, devices, and applications wherever they are, to accomplish work as efficiently as possible.
Watch the recap of my discussion with Shamus McGillicuddy, Vice President of Research at EMA where we explore how to mitigate network complexity in the era of hybrid work and discuss some of the key infrastructure considerations to maintain a safe, secure, and efficient workplace for the future.
This one-hour virtual event covers the following topics:
- The rise of hybrid work and its impact on existing network infrastructure
- Infrastructure requirements to make hybrid work successful
- Pitfalls to avoid
