Futurum Research joins the Insider Networking Podcast to talk 400G
As we near the mid-way point of 2021, a lot has changed from remote work to technology trends. Data and the transport of data are incredibly important in the modern day we live in. From professionals taking video calls from their comfortable at-home desk to kids enrolled in virtual classes to continue their education – everyone is using the network to complete their daily tasks. Today, we highlight the importance of 400G and how quickly it is being adopted in today’s market.
A few months ago, we had a roundtable discussion with Founding Partner and Principal Analyst, Daniel Newman, and Research Director and Senior Analyst, Ron Westfall from Futurum Research at the December Insider Series Webinar to dive into the details of 400G, use cases, and market trends.
We recently invited Daniel and Ron back for a podcast and to continue the discussion of the transition to 400G and they also cover:
- What business challenges are driving bandwidth demand?
- What 400G features really matter in our changing IT landscape?
- Where does 400G design and adoption stand today?
You can also tune in to the episode on Spotify and Apple Podcasts. In addition, be sure to check out the 400G white paper from Futurum that is now available from Cisco. For more information about 400G and Cisco Nexus Series switches navigate here.
