Illinois residents who have been vaccinated against COVID-19 are complaining that their immunization records are missing from the state’s new online vaccination portal. Hundreds of thousands of Indiana residents are being notified of a data breach involving responses collected via the Hoosier State’s COVID-19 online contact tracing survey.
