Cisco Live 2025: Back in San Diego!

After five years in Vegas, Cisco Live returns to sunny San Diego next week. Even after attending 18 Cisco Live events around the world, I still get excited to see new faces, reconnect with old friends, and dive into the latest Cisco innovations. This year is special for me as it’s the first in my new role, leading Customer Experience (CX) for the Americas. I’m eager to connect with a different lens toward how we can help our customers and partners achieve their goals.
Cisco Live showcases the power of “One Cisco” – our ability to integrate the power of networking, observability, collaboration, security, Splunk, and services into unparallelled outcomes for our customers. With 22,000 Cisco Live attendees, the energy is electric and the opportunities, endless. You won’t want to miss it.
As with Cisco Live last year, AI in all its forms continues to be a timely and important topic. In CX, we’re seeing an increased demand for the agentic AI-led customer experience.
