Cisco Partner Summit 2022 Ushers in the Age of the Partner
As we wrap up Cisco Partner Summit 2022, I’m not only energized by the past few days but very confident of our opportunity as we move into The Age of the Partner. It has been so wonderful to see everyone reconnecting again after over 1,000 days since our last in-person Cisco Partner Summit. And I also loved hearing the feedback and comments from all the partners who joined virtually all over the world.
There were so many great moments from this year’s Cisco Partner Summit, but none of them would have been possible without you—our partners. And we wanted to show you that not only have we listened to you, but that we can’t do this without you. Our customers cannot do this without you.
As I said during my General Sessions, it’s pretty clear the new customer experience is very different. Over the past few years, customers were forced to react to the changing environment, creating a lot of risk and complexity. Today, those customers are moving away from reacting to actively managing and controlling the outcomes they expect. And they’re asking themselves: How do I manage my complexity? How do I focus on the future? How do I free up capacity to control the function of IT?
This is our moment to address their needs, when turning innovations into value is more important than ever. It’s a moment when the biggest innovation is delivering the outcomes and solutions our customers are looking for. It’s a moment that needs a fresh approach, requires a different way of thinking, and even a new way of approaching partnerships.
This is the Age of the Partner.
And it’s the biggest opportunity ever when we focus on our strengths continue adapting to changes. We must embrace new routes to market and continue to meet our customers where they are and provide them with the solutions they want and need. To work together to have better alignment and planning. To change how we work together, how we create offers, how we sell and win, and deliver together. In short, it’s about Performance Acceleration and Engagement Transformation.
And I couldn’t be more excited for the opportunity that lies ahead of us. Together.
Let’s Own It!
