On Wednesday, June 11, Liz Centoni, EVP and Chief Customer Experience Officer joins Chuck Robbins and Jeetu Patel for the Cisco Live Keynote: Innovation in Action. By harnessing the power of AI, we can drive growth and build a better world. Join Cisco’s technology leaders as they discuss innovation in the AI era with a focus on customer experience, use cases, and how Cisco is here to help you and your organization navigate it all.
Our Center Stage session, Accelerating Modernization and Execution Strategies for AI explores how AI can be integrated into your business strategy and deliverables, ensuring alignment with core objectives while maintaining security, scalability, and efficiency. Cisco Customer Experience is integrated across Cisco Live
Throughout the Cisco Showcase you will find us in discussions with customers around digital resilience, future-proofed workplaces, AI-ready data center, secure global connectivity and more. There’s a dedicated CX zone in the Cisco Showcase as well where we’ll be talking about modern AI-powered support and customer success. We’re even available in the DevNet zone to talk about infrastructure as code for networks. You can really get into deep technical conversations with us at the demo kiosks, or you can meet with one of our subject-matter experts (SMEs) while at Cisco Live by reaching out to us to schedule a meeting.
Technical Assistance Center – Onsite
The Cisco Customer Experience Technical Assistance Center (TAC) will be onsite as well. Meet with Cisco experts from TAC and take advantage of this unique opportunity to be walked through custom strategies and solutions to take back to your organization. There will be 42 stations in the TAC Booth area covering 29 exclusive technologies.
