Customer Experience is set to Go Beyond at Cisco Live Amsterdam


Cisco Live 2025 Amsterdam is nearly here (February 9-14). Cisco Customer Experience (CX) has fully embraced this year’s theme, Go Beyond. Our team has prepared sessions, demos, lightning talks, and other exciting engagements to help you experience all that Cisco Customer Experience offers at Cisco Live 2025. Since the event is nearly upon us, here’s a quick preview:

CX Sessions

On Wednesday, February 12, our Center Stage session Accelerating Infrastructure Modernisation and Execution Strategies for AI provides an insightful discussion on how customers can rapidly transform their infrastructure to be well-prepared for the AI era. With many enterprises transitioning from piloting to operationalizing AI, the push to modernize their IT infrastructure to support AI initiatives and other advanced technologies has accelerated. Join Adele Trombetta, SVP & GM, CX EMEA, Cisco, and Carlos Pereira, Fellow & Chief Architect, Customer Experience (CX), Cisco, to hear how our AI strategy, data-driven insights, and expertise can help your transformation journey for AI.

In addition to our Center Stage session, Cisco Customer Experience will have four product and strategy overview sessions.  These include:

The Cisco Customer Experience booth will host over three dozen lightning talks throughout the week. Catch one or more sessions covering topics like AI, automation, services as code, Cisco Lifecycle Services, security, Success Tracks, TAC innovations, customer success, and customer use cases. Cisco Customer Experience Demos

In the Cisco Customer Experience booth, you can have deep technical discussions and experience demos on multiple topics. Our subject matter experts will have demos that cover five important topics: modernizing data centers for AI, transforming connectivity and collaboration, simplifying network assurance, improving agility for service providers, and reimagining support with TAC innovations. All demos are focused on driving business outcomes for your organization.

In addition, Cisco Customer Experience will have demos in several areas throughout the World of Solutions and The Hub. In the Cisco Showcase, we’ll have a Customer Experience demo focused on AI-powered support and services. In the Sustainability Zone, CX will have a demo on our services for sustainability. CX will also have two demos in the new AI-Hub at Cisco Live where we will feature our AI Adoption Journey and Cisco TAC’s use of AI in supporting our customers. Finally, CX will have a demo on Infrastructure as code for networks in the Cisco DevNet Zone.

Technical Assistance Center – Onsite

The Cisco Customer Experience Technical Assistance Center (TAC) will be onsite again this year. Meet with Cisco TAC technical leaders, subject matter experts, and Global TAC leadership, attend a technical solutions clinic, and take advantage of this unique opportunity to discuss your challenges and questions. Through mini-sessions, learn about the GenAI capabilities in TAC and the AI/ML-powered support assistant, gather basic troubleshooting skills, and gain insights into efficient ways to troubleshoot your Cisco solutions.

The Ultimate CX AI Sweepstakes

If you attend the event in Amsterdam, you can participate in The Ultimate CX AI Sweepstakes while you explore everything Cisco Customer Experience has planned for you. Cisco Customer Experience Live Trivia

On February 10-13, we’re excited to host live trivia in the Cisco Customer Experience Theater inside our booth twice per day with rapid-fire questions about technology based on our Cisco Customer Experience demos and sessions. This is another chance for you to win a great prize so come by and join the competition.

Live Trivia will be held at 12:45 p.m. and 17:00 p.m. Monday, February 10, through Thursday, February 13. You’ll have the opportunity to take home a Rumpl Blanket and show off your knowledge of Cisco Customer Experience. Of course, you can attend our demos and sessions to learn more about Cisco Customer Experience and increase your chances of winning.

After the nomination process, our judges select the winners, who will be announced on stage in our CX booth theater. It is a celebration of all the hard work customers like you have put in, along with the trust and investment in Cisco.
