The following Cisco Connect will be held in person in Singapore at the Raffles City Convention Centre on the 3rd of October 2022.

• Cisco CX ASEAN Vice President Dharmesh Malhotra will host the Customer Perspectives keynote panel of experienced customer executives to share how they have weathered recent challenges and discuss their strategies to innovate for the future.
• During the afternoon, the “Accelerate Digital Experience” breakout track with Shashank Luthra, Cisco ASEAN MD for services and software sales – provides insights into why customers need to accelerate digital transformation. As well as how Cisco CX can simplify, transform, and innovate in driving critical business outcomes.
• Logicalis Asia CTO Tsu-Pheng Lim will show how a Cisco partner can provide customers with choices and accelerate the time-to-value of technology investments.
• Two live demonstration areas staffed by Cisco CX experts at the Solutions Expo will help deepen your understanding of the capabilities of the CX Cloud unified digital experience and the data-driven insights afforded by the BCS analytics and advisory.
