Introducing PCI SSC’s New Vendor Portal Dashboard

The PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) is pleased to announce the launch of its new Vendor Portal Dashboard, a significant enhancement to its existing PCI Portal that simplifies program management and improves visibility for all vendors.

The new dashboard provides vendors with a comprehensive, single-page view of all their program submissions. This centralized approach saves valuable time and reduces complexity in program management.

By providing direct access to program information, the new dashboard reduces vendors’ reliance on Labs, Assessors, and Program Managers for routine status updates and information requests. This self-service capability offers vendors: 

• Real-time Updates: Immediate access to current submission status  
• Centralized View: All program submissions visible on a single, intuitive dashboard
• Reduced Dependencies: Less reliance on third-party updates
• Streamlined Communication: Fewer information requests and fewer emails  
• Enhanced Transparency: Clear visibility into the entire submission process 

Complimenting the existing auto-generated email status notifications, the dashboard creates a more efficient communication framework. Vendors can now proactively check their submission status, reducing the need for multiple email exchanges and follow-up requests.  

The new Vendor Portal Dashboard is now live and accessible through your existing PCI SSC Portal login credentials. No additional setup is required to access these new features. PCI SSC encourages all vendors to explore the new dashboard and leverage its capabilities to streamline their program management processes.
