Train Your Business like a Pro! – Cisco Blogs

Let’s talk about training for a minute. From a partner perspective, growing your business means enhancing the skills, knowledge and talent of your people. From an operational perspective, productivity and performance are key factors to increasing effectiveness. Ready access to information to help you prepare for changes in offers, policies, processes and capabilities translates into being more prepared to serve your customers.
Cisco’s Partner Operational Readiness (The Hub), is fully geared to supporting our Partners and Distributors around the world. The information you will find there is intended to help increase operational maturity and transact recurring revenue at scale.
So, let’s get to the point about training. Live training has many advantages, but I’d like to specify three unique factors:
- Duration is the first. Our training offerings vary from pre-recorded, bite sized “just in time” learnings and extend through 1:1 and 1:many sessions including monthly webinars. This means you have the ability to select courses to fit your schedule.
- Language is second. Let’s face it, technical training can be challenging at times, but what about language barriers? This is why we offer training in: English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Japanese, Korean and Mandarin.
- Time zones are the third. Our training is offered in local time zones around the world on a variety of topics including: Enterprise Agreements, Software as a Service (SaaS), Smart Accounts, Smart Licensing, Commerce tools and offers.
Make sure to check out The Hub for all of your operational readiness needs and check out the many offerings to help you learn and grow your business.
